The gentle, relaxing strokes of Namaste Drawing Meditation combine a single fluid motion with simple breathing exercises to create a hyper-clarity, focus, centered relaxation and calm state of wellness. Each drawing can be done on any device or printed sheet.
Step by step
1) Choose a drawing
2) Print it out or import it into a drawing app
2) Place the pencil on the start (Dove)
3) Follow the dots with the pencil
3) Drawing in smooth, gentle, motion
5) Do not lift the pencil
4) As you draw follow breath timing until complete
Breath Timing
Inhale through the nose – Draw for 5 seconds
Hold Breath – Stop drawing for 5 secs
Exhale through the mouth: Draw for 5 seconds
